A known compatibility issues exists between The Complete Program for TMJ and Symantec Corporation's Norton Antivirus 2002 / 2003. The issue manifests itself during the startup of the application.
Symptom:
During the time that the application attempts to open the database, the program will seem to hang and after a few minutes, will report that the database connection is incorrect. The program will then ask if you wish to run the configuration wizard or access the options screen.
Cause:
Norton Antivirus 2002 / 2003 prevents the network / database connection components (ADO) from properly opening a connection to the database or SQL server.
Resolution:
Uninstall Norton Antivirus 2002 or Norton Antivirus 2003 and install a different. Symantec Antivirus Corporate Editions are not affected by this issue. - System requirements

Minimum System Requirements:
- Intel Pentium II or higher processor, minimum of 266MHz
- 256MB RAM
- 200 MB hard disk space
- 8MB of video memory set to 24-bit or higher color mode @ 1024 x 768
- 15" monitor or higher
- Microsoft Windows 2000 (SP3) or Windows XP Pro (SP1)
- Microsoft DirectX 8.1 or higher
- TWAIN compliant scanner with transparency adapter
- B&W or color printer (inkjet, laser, or color laser)
- Network adapter (optional for Professional, required for Enterprise workstations)
